Ross, Lessons Learned About Conflict Management, Fr. Jeff, the Rector of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Lewes, will share what he learned from a weeklong training in March as a facilitator for conflict resolution. The training was offered by Colin Craig at the Corrymeela Community in Scotland. Craig played a key role in bringing about the Good Friday Accords in Northern Ireland. Given the current climate that affects society, politics, and even the churches, peaceful conflict resolution is a much-needed skill for our times.
