Tend the Vineyard
There are many ways to be part of the life of St. Peter’s. Share your time and talents through mission and outreach, help prepare our worship with the Altar Guild, welcome others at coffee hour, lend a hand at an event, or find another place where your gifts can help our community grow. There is a place for you in the vineyard.
Local Outreach seeks to support local individuals and families in crises who need assistance. St. Peter’s Annual Art Show in July is the principal fundraiser for Local Outreach support. Click here to read more about the Art Show.

Blessing Bags
Each year, St. Peter’s collects donations of toiletries and other personal care items in the Parish Hall. While this drive has traditionally taken place in the fall, we are excited to start on Easter Sunday, embracing the new season of spring.
Our Godly Play and Youth Group join together to pack these donations, which are then presented for a blessing during the 10:15 a.m. service on May 3, 2026.
These thoughtful gifts are shared with the Community Resource Center, Primeros Pasos, and the Little Cupboard, helping our neighbors in need and reminding us that even small acts of care can make a big difference.
Donations may include shampoo, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, lotion, and other personal essentials. Thank you for your generosity and support in sharing God’s love through simple, everyday kindness.
Donations Drop off:

The Little Cupboard
Community Pantry
The Little Cupboard is a sustainable program for feeding children and families of our local and larger communities. Little Cupboard volunteers, with donations and financial support, work hard to help ease some of the hunger faced by those in our little part of the world. Through this ministry, hunger and poverty in our community is addressed each and every day. The Little Cupboard, located just outside the Church gate by the labyrinth, contains a variety of nourishing, non-perishable food items for those in our larger community experiencing food insecurity.
The Little Cupboard Team would like to thank St. Peter's congregation, and all the anonymous supporters, for their generous support of The Little Cupboard over the years. Your donations of your time and talent, and financial support are a blessing to our larger community. We ask that any food donations placed in The Little Cupboard are within the safe time parameters of the items. Out of date food products send the wrong message to our friends in need. We also ask that any books you'd like to donate be dropped off at the local thrift stores in the area. They accept them and have proper displays for them. This will increase the capacity of The Little Cupboard to hold more food items.
Thank you and God Bless ~

Help Us Fill a Crock Pot with Love
A Special Donation Request from St. Peter’s Heart & Soul Ministry
“For I was hungry and you gave me food…” — Matthew 25:35
St. Peter’s Heart & Soul Ministry is reaching out to our generous parishioners with an opportunity to share God’s love in a very practical way.
From October through February, we’ll provide five new 7-quart crock pots each month to families at Primeros Pasos, for a total of 25 crock pots.
How You Can Help
We are asking our generous parishioners to consider donating a new 7-quart crock pot.
Each month, 5 families will receive a crock pot, along with the ingredients and recipe provided by Heart & Soul Ministry to prepare a nourishing meal at home.
A crock pot may seem like a simple gift, but for a family in need, it can mean so much more. It can provide a warm meal, convenience, and the opportunity to gather around the table as a family.
Most importantly, it reminds each family that they are not alone. Their St. Peter’s family cares about them and is willing to walk alongside them.
Our Goal
5 crock pots each month × 5 months = 25 crock pots
You can help by donating one crock pot—or more if you are able. Every donation brings us one step closer to reaching another family.
More Than a Crock Pot
When we give, we are not simply giving an appliance.
We are giving food.
We are giving comfort.
We are giving hope.
We are sharing God’s love.
As a parish community, let us continue to live out Christ’s call to care for those in need.
Thank you to our generous St. Peter’s parishioners for opening your hearts and helping Heart & Soul Ministry make a difference in the lives of the families at Primeros Pasos.
Together, let’s fill a crock pot—and a family’s table—with love.
To donate a new 7-quart crock pot, please drop off at Mulberry St. Entrance of parish hall. There will be a container there for you to drop it in.
